Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and personable Unit Manager with LONG-TERM CARE EXPERIENCE to join our team!

**Must have 1-YEAR of UNIT MANAGER experience**

You will be responsible for:
--- Evaluating nurse and medical staff performance
--- Maintaining and restoring the health of their patients
--- Managing daily treatment schedules
--- Enforcing health and safety regulations
--- Solving staffing issues and shortages
--- Evaluating and adjusting treatment plans based on patient condition
--- Ensuring their unit meets federal, state, and company guidelines
--- Completing admission and discharge forms
--- Delivering hands-on care and medication administration as needed
--- Communicating procedural issues with the director and working to correct them
--- Acting as a liaison between patients' families and healthcare staff

Qualifications:

• 1-YEAR+ AS A UNIT MANAGER
• 3-YEARS+ LONG-TERM CARE
• PCC EXPERIENCE
• Ability to build rapport with RESIDENTS, FACILITY STAFF, AND FAMILIES
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
