  • Duke Lifepoint Hospital has 294 beds.
  • Joint Commission Accredited with services in cancer care, cardiac care, orthopedics, imaging, surgical services, and more.
  • Must have Meditech experience.
    • Job Requirements
    • Required Certifications: BLS/ACLS.
    • Years of Experience: 1.5+.
    • Float Requirements: Yes.
    • Must Have Skills/Experience: EKG interpretation and critical thinking skills is a plus.
    • Preferred Skillset/Experience: Manage discharges and admissions, basic cardiac drip knowledge.
    • Common Diagnosis/Treatment: CHF, CP, ARF, COPD, Uncontrolled diabetics, CKD, Post Cardiac Cath care.
    • Personality Fit: Team oriented and flexible.
    • Required Education: Associate degree, BSN preferred.

      • Shift: 7A or 7P.
      • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36hrs.
      • Weekend Hours: 12hrs (Every other or Every Third weekend).
      • Call Requirements: No.

        • Unit Information:
        • Number of Beds: 22.
        • Patient Ratios: 5:1 or 6:1.
        • Equipment: Welch Allyn V/S machine, Hoyer Lift w/ weight scale, Abbott Glucometer, Computers on Wheels, TR band, Baxter IV pumps.
        • Patient Population is adult and geriatric.
