Job Description:
Job Summary: The LPN shall perform services in the provision of
supportive or restorative care under the supervision of a
Registered Nurse or physician as defined by the North Carolina
Board of Nursing.Minimum Requirements:Graduate of an approved
School of Nursing.Current LPN license with North Carolina State
Board of Nursing.Maintain current AHA BLS certification.-
