Locums - Anesthesiology summer coverage in North CarolinaClinical Role:Do you know someone that might be a good fit for this position? Please ask about our generous referrals fees!Coverage dates needed:June 23 thru 29 or June 30 thru July 6July 21 thru 27 or July 28 thru August 3August 18 thru 24August 25 thru August 31Will need to come in for orientation prior to first shiftSchedule is 7a to 5:30p Monday thru Friday Types of cases: Orthopedic, Urology, General Surgery, OB/GYN, Spine, GI80% outpatient clinical care and 20% inpatientMonthly surgical volume is 180-200 casesTeam includes one other Anesthesiologist and six CRNA'sFacility runs 3-4 OR's daily and covers c-sectionsAnesthesiologist will be expected to help with difficult intubations and line insertions in the ED, ICU and during emergent situations on inpatient unitsActive NC license and DEA requiredBLS, ACLS, and PALS via AHA requiredMinimum one year post-residency experience requiredBoard Certification or truly Board Eligible requiredOrganization Information:Facility is a 100 bed hospitalPart of a strong regional health systemLocation is just over one hour from RaleighWhat RecruitWell Provides:A rated malpractice insurancePre-paid travel and lodgingWeekly direct deposit compensationProfessional onboarding and credentialing24/7 customer support
