Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Internal
Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The Recruiter
will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified
candidates for various positions within our organization. The ideal
candidate will have a degree and a minimum of two years of
recruiting experience, preferably within the manufacturing
industry.Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various channels to source potential candidates,
including job boards, social media, industry-specific platforms,
and networking events.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for
current and future job openings.
- Review resumes and applications to identify suitable
candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess
candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and
department heads.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer
acceptance.
- Ensure timely and efficient recruitment processes, adhering to
company policies and procedures.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities
and progress to the HR Manager.
- Promote the company's employer brand through various
recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other
recruitment activities.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing
needs and requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best
practices for interviewing and candidate selection.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with candidates
throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and
regulations.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and
recruitment documentation.Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in recruiting, preferably
within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring
qualified candidates.Skills and Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other
