Job Description:

Triangle Springs seeks a House Supervisor to oversee hospital operations, manage staff, and provide quality patient care in a collaborative environment.
Triangle Springs, part of Lifepoint Behavioral Health, specializes in compassionate behavioral health services, including crisis stabilization, inpatient care, and outpatient treatment.
As a House Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• 
  
• Overseeing hospital operations during administration's absence
  
• Managing staff performance, schedules, and education
  
• Assisting the Director of Nursing in conducting department meetings
  
• Providing quality nursing care and ensuring treatment plan goals are met
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • 21 years of age, graduate from an accredited nursing program
    
  • Current unencumbered nursing license
    
  • CPR Certification and Crisis Prevention Training within 30 days of employment
    
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime
    
    Preferred Experience:
    
    • 
      
    • Previous experience in psychiatric healthcare, particularly with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, and geriatric patients
      
    • Experience in patient assessments, treatment planning, and communication with external review organizations
