Our success is driven by a talented and dedicated team that collaborates to deliver exceptional results on every project.Your Role at AcoustiThe Acoustical Ceiling Helper / Laborer is responsible for assisting with ceiling grid and tile installation on commercial and government job sites. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in the field and the opportunity to grow with a skilled team of professionals. You will contribute to a variety of tasks essential to successful project completion while learning the trade in a supportive environment.In this role, you will work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and efficient progress while maintaining safety and quality standards.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:

• Gather, carry, and organize necessary materials
• Clean work areas and maintain equipment
• Measure and cut materials to specifications
• Position equipment and tools as needed for installation
• Operate scaffolding, aerial lifts, ladders, and stilts
• Use powder actuated tools and lasers
• Work in indoor and outdoor environments
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Help maintain construction schedules and phased timelines
• Complete other tasks as assigned by your managerWhat We're Looking for in YouTo succeed in this role, you should have:
  • 0 to 1 years of experience in a construction-related trade
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in ceiling installation
  • Tools and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand/walk for up to 8 hours per day
