Job Description:
Responsible for independently performing quality checks on
functional testing processes and developing methods for measuring
quality and performance. Coordinate testing and evaluation
activities, identify issues and gaps, and provide feedback to
management. Develop the Quality Assurance (QA) testing strategy and
documentation in collaboration with project teams. Evaluate testing
environment setup and serve as a mentor to less experienced
teammates. Write test cases, participate in defect meetings,
conduct data analysis, and contribute to risk management. Assist in
leading the Quality Assurance testing teams by creating test plans
and coordinating workstreams across multiple teams. Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of Quality Assurance experience in a
Financial Services organization, or High School Diploma or GED and
8 years of experience in Quality Assurance in a Financial Services
organization. American Society for Quality certification(s)
required. FCB Experience preferred.
